Our jewelry is made using a variety of materials, including hypoallergenic findings where possible. However, components are sourced from multiple suppliers, and we cannot guarantee that all materials are completely free from allergens.
If you have known sensitivities or allergies (including but not limited to metals, coatings, or adhesives), you acknowledge that you are purchasing and using our products at your own risk.
2. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or sensitivities that may occur as a result of wearing or handling our products. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for any reactions that may arise.
3. Product Care & Use
Our products are handmade and should be handled with care. To prolong the life of your jewelry:
- Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals
- Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercising
- Store in a dry, safe place
We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, normal wear and tear, or accidental misuse.
4. Handmade Nature
Each item is handmade and may have slight variations in color, shape, or finish. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.
5. Choking Hazard
Some items may contain small components and are not suitable for young children. Keep out of reach of children and pets. We are not responsible for any injury resulting from misuse.
6. Repairs & Returns
Due to the nature of handmade items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos so we can assess and assist.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our handmade business. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within [X] days of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Proof of packaging condition upon arrival
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund at our discretion.
3. Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
4. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5. Wear & Tear
We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage after delivery.
6. Color & Appearance Variations
Due to differences in screen settings and the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur and are not considered defects.
